A client who had spent more than two and a half years with another agency in Toronto without reaching a permanent residence pathway.
After reviewing the profile we moved the plan to Saskatchewan and the SINP, and the provincial Job Approval Letter (JAL) was issued 10 days after submission.
Within six months of the client's arrival in Saskatchewan the full document set and process were ready, and the SINP application itself was submitted and awaiting a decision at the time of writing.
SINP requires a skilled job offer in NOC TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 from a Saskatchewan employer plus the JAL, at least six months of full-time work with that employer, and a valid work permit.
