General Terms and Coditions
Any Visa or immigration related services will not be refundable when withdrawn by clients.
Once each stage was fullfilled based on the payment scedule, refund will only be granted partially for the service that was not rendered.
Initial deposit is non-refundable in any cases.
Once you recieved the list of document and instructed, the service will be considered as rendered.
Condition of School Deposit
Non-refundable items such as school registration fees are not refundable.
The government service fee charged to an applicant is not refundable
As for the refund policy for the school deposit, it applies to the school policy.
Conditions of Agent Bond
We required a bond of CAD 1,000 for each applicant as the nature of the business.
That pre-bond transferred to the agent will be used to pay for the applicant’s tuition fee for the second term of the program.
The bond can still be used in case of the change of school The bond will not be refunded if you change agent during the process.
If the decision on student visa is not approved, your deposit will be refunded to your account after 8 weeks.
The visa admin fee is non refundable regardless of the decision. The $300 Visa Admin Fee is not refundable regardless of the decision made by ID Agent bond is non-refundable when applicants change his mind unless provided visa refuser letter.
Condition of Licence Conversion
※ Consulting[service] fee is not refundable once the process is initiated.
※ Nohproblem Consulting INC is not responsible for the level evaluation of your transcript
※ Licence conversion [ transfer ] regulations vary by provinces
※ WES evaluation fee is not included
※ If you are not satisfied with the decision of the level of your certificate, one free appeal application service will be given.
※ ECE registry may request for additional course outlines translated in English and they need to be provided by clients at his or her cost.
※ Nohproblem does not hold accountable for the delayed application or longer processing time.
※ The completion of service will be deemed delivered upon clients receive any proof of approval; not physical copy.
※ Nohproblem Consulting will not hold accountable for the delayed post of a phsyical copy and there will be addition $50 for reapplying for another postage.
Condition of Recruitment
※ Nohproblem Consulting INC does not charge service for the matching service between employees and employers
※ The initial deposit for your immigration service must be paid before the first process is initiated.
※ The initial deposit is not refundable
※ The retainer agreement must be signed by client before processing
