All consultations are by appointment only. We cannot take unscheduled calls.
- Free once only. From the second consultation onward it is paid.
- If an earlier free consultation is on record, duplicate bookings are cancelled automatically.
- Limited to clients with an active case.
- Upfront payment is required to confirm the booking.
Every consultation is one-to-one
We do not run group sessions or seminars. Age, education, work history, language scores and current status differ in every case, so a talk given to a room ends up fitting nobody in it.
The trade-off is capacity. Slots close the same day, and we cannot connect a call without a booking.
The free consultation is available once, for new enquiries only. From the second session onward it is paid. Duplicate free bookings are cancelled automatically once an earlier record is found.
Please fill in the notes field at the last step of booking. Bookings without it may be cancelled. If we do not know the case in advance, twenty of the thirty minutes go to fact-finding, and that is an interview, not a consultation.
